Lucie Morat was born in Poitiers in 2000, and has been living and working in Switzerland since 2011. She studied visual communication at HEAD in Geneva and intends to pursue a career as a graphic designer. Some of her work is inspired by nature. She also produces textile creations in which she uses a variety of media, such as printing on fabric and knitting. She won the (re)connecting.earth Biennial prize for young artists.
