The festival will be opened by Bettina Aust, City president of Kiel, with a ceremonial opening in the Stadtgalerie. Bernard Vienat, curator of reconnecting.earth and director of art-werk Geneva and art4biodiversity Berlin, will speak about the connection between art and biodiversity, while Dr. Peter Kruska, director of the Stadtgalerie, and Prof. Dr. Dirk Brandis, director of the zoological museum Kiel, will talk about the exhibitions taking place there at the same time.
